Who this is for

For people who have reached a point where something no longer feels right — professionally, personally, or both at once. Perhaps it is the role that no longer fits. The direction that feels wrong. A question from the organisational context that you carry with you and want to clarify. Or simply: What is actually truly mine?

I work exclusively with one person at a time — no group format, no team workshop. The conversation belongs to you alone.


What I bring

I do not work with career templates or management frameworks. I work with presence — and with three qualities that are rarely united in one person:

🏗Structural understanding from practice: Over 30 years in IT, finance, consolidation and organisational development — I know the language of systems and their blind spots.
🌍Systemic transformation thinking: I think in economic contexts — what makes positions and organisations resilient over the long term? What truly empowers people?
🔍Intuitive perception: I read what is said as well as what is unsaid — the potential that has not yet found a name.
