By ordering or using Gabriel Waldeyer's consulting service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All invoices must be paid within 30 days at the latest.

2. The withdrawal from a claimed service with a money-back guarantee must be made in writing within 14 days by email to: cibwal@outlook.com

3. Due to the nature of the holistic work approach, no liability or guarantee for delivered results of the consulting services can be provided by Gabriel Waldeyer.

4. Content from the consulting sessions may not be recorded and/or published without written permission of Gabriel Waldeyer. Possibly recorded consulting sessions will not be published anywhere without prior written permission of the client.

5. Information clients provide for their specialisation or niche ideas is treated strictly confidential and will not be used for Gabriel Waldeyer's own business success nor published anywhere. If Gabriel Waldeyer wishes to publish a success story as a reference, prior written consent of the client is required.
